After a resounding 41-20 win over Texas Tech this past weekend, the Sooners have moved up in the polls.

While taking on the Red Raiders, Landry Jones threw for two touchdowns and 259 yards in the win.

In addition to a stout performance on offense, the defense forced three turnovers and held one of the top passing offenses in the country to 271 yards and just two touchdowns.

Oklahoma is now ranked No. 10 in the latest Coaches Poll and up to No. 13 in the most recent AP Poll.

Once the dust settled, it seemed the Sooners were back on track to compete for a conference title.

However, they will have no time to rest as they prepare to face the Longhorns in this weekend's Red River Rivalry match up.

OU will take on No. 15 Texas on Saturday, October 13th at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.

The game will be broadcast on ABC at 11 a.m.
